Cinco de Mayo!

Cinco de Mayo, or the 5th of May, is a regional holiday that commemorates the victory of the Mexican militia over the French army at The Battle of Puebla in 1862. This holiday is often confused for Mexico’s Independence Day, which is actually September 16.
